Progress Report

We have collected our baseline data and are looking forward to comparing our results in January from our midyear evaluation!  Check back then to see how the program is progressing towards our objectives. 
 
 1st Quarter report cards will be out in November and our tutors are ready to get started working with any students that are struggling in school.   
 
Mid-Year Results:
21st CCLC Grant 1 - 
  • 70% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their reading skills as measured by report card grades. (Mid-Year Progress 62%)
  • 80% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their vocabulary as measured by pre-post test. (Mid Year Progress 65%)
  • 70% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their mathematics skills as measured by report card grades. (Mid-Year Progress 70%)
  • 70% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their science skills as measured by report card grades. (Mid-Year Progress 77%)
  • 80% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their homework completion. (Mid-Year Progress 82%)
  • 80% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their classroom behavior. (Mid-Year Progress 73%)
  • 75% of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their healthy eating habits. (Mid-Year Progress 47%)
  • 80% of parents of regularly participating students will maintain high performance or improve their knowledge of healthy eating and financial fitness. (Mid-Year Progress 99%)
  • 65% of the parents of regularly participating students will demonstrate their literacy skills.  (Mid-Year Progress 88%)
  • 65% of parents of regularly participating students will demonstrate involvement in their student's education. (Mid-Year Progress 67%)
